ACCESS ALL AREAS announces their Music Publishing special “How Does Music Publishing Work?”, including 4 top panellists and 3 emerging artist performances! This 3-hour event will be moderated by Triple A resident moderator Anna-Marie. She will be speaking to key players from music publishing who will be taking part in a conversation on the sector and asking the question, giving you an overview in what is one of the most lucrative revenue streams for artists in today’s market.
The panel will be discussing the roles of publishing companies, performing rights organisations, broadcast media, the live music industry and more! What are sync deals? What is the difference between Mechanical Royalties, Performing Royalties and Sync Licensing Royalties? We also get insight into the different roles within music publishing, from a&rs through to rights administrators. How do you get the attention of a music publisher and get signed and finally and what is negotiable in a publishing deal?
