ACCESS ALL AREAS is an up-close and personal music seminar, industry networking event and new artist showcase that aims to be your “Triple-A Pass To The Music Industry”. This unique music seminar is back and we are finally back live from our new home at The Social, 5 Little Portland St, London W1W! Access All Areas continues on Saturday, July 2nd from 1-4pm!
ACCESS ALL AREAS announces their “What Is A&R and Is It Relevant In 2022?” panel, including 5 top panellists and 3 hot unsigned artist performances! This 3 hour event will be moderated by our new AAA resident moderator Anna-Marie from No Signal Radio. She will be speaking to key players from the British music business who will be taking part in a frank debate on “What Is A&R and Is It Relevant In 2022?” .
The panel will be discussing what exactly is A&R and what does an A&R do? What types of A&R’s are there and what A&R roles are available? In the digital age with streaming platforms, social media and YouTube is the role of an A&R relevant in 2022? What makes a good A&R? The difference between an A&R at major and an indie label? Do music managers in 2022 take on board the role of A&R? What do A&R’s look for when signing an act? And finally, our panel will be giving you some behind the scenes insight into some of the major projects they have worked on previously as well as the current artist they are working with.
