This spring, ACCESS ALL AREAS embark on the first nationwide tour across four major cities on the topic of “How To Get Into The Music Industry?” sponsored by PRS for Music! We have some incredible things lined up for you, with the tour kicking off in London on Monday, May 20th. Not only will you have the chance to network with experienced professionals from the music industry, but we also have an amazing lineup of panellists and three up-and-coming artists to enjoy. This event takes place in the home of one of the world’s biggest record labels, Sony Music UK, with new resident moderator Raffaella Coleman from BBC London!
At ACCESS ALL AREAS, you will have the chance to hear from some of the industry’s biggest names. Whether you’re an artist, producer, songwriter, DJ, musician, manager, engineer, or just someone curious about the music world, this event is for you. It’s a non-stop immersive music seminar designed for the next generation of the music business. During this 3-hour event, Raffaella Coleman from BBC London will moderate this special event. She will speak to our experienced panel of industry creatives and execs covering A&R, marketing, music publishing, distribution, live music, DJ’ing, radio, record labels, HR and being an artist!
They will participate in a conversation on “How To Get Into The Music Industry?” The panel will be discussing how they first got into the industry, mentoring, internships, networking, music education courses, how to get your CV right, navigating social media, entrepreneurship, performing live and finally, the current state of the music industry and its future in the world of AI.
Our formidable panel of creatives and execs we have assembled covers the full spectrum of the UK Music Industry, with four senior executives from our hosts, Sony Music UK, including the Managing Director of Ministry of Sound Negla Abdela, Senior Director of Label Management @ The Orchard, Jasmine Bodkin, Co-Head of A&R @ Robots & Humans Preye Crooks and Head of Publicity for Columbia Records, Bee Thomas. Also on the panel alongside these talented Sony execs are the award-winning HR guru Janeace Thompson, PRS for Music’s Director of Talent, Culture and Inclusion, plus artist and radio presenter Heartless Crew’s own MC Bushkin(BBC 1Xtra).
And that’s not all; we bring you a photo exhibition from a top music photographer and AAA’s Bampson! Bampson is Sean Paul’s in-house photographer, and he will showcase some of his favourite images from around the world from around the world from his three decades in the music industry in an exclusive installation at this event!
But that’s not all your resident DJ will host the networking sections of the event Pharaoh G, with our AAA new artist showcase featuring exclusive live performances from three unsigned UK artists, including Aya Bleu, Alexandre The Great, and DJ Illatek and friends!
